WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Returns or Exchanges are only available if it happens to be any damage or inconvenience on our end. In that event you will need to contact customer service for authorization and we will notify you via email if you're eligible or not. You will have 7 business days from the date item was delivered to you to make any request for return/ exchange. Items must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused with all tags attached and in it’s original packaging. Due to very limited inventory we will try our best to accommodate you if eligible for return/ exchange. Please do not return items before contacting us. 

 

WHAT'S THE SHIPPING POLICY?

 It takes 1-2 business days for your order to process then your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

 

WHAT'S THE CANCELATION POLICY?

Any cancelations must be made as soon as possible and before order is sent out for delivery. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be sent out via email. It takes 2-5 business days to receive the number due to processing.
