RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We have a no refund or return policy, which means all sales are final unless defect on our end. In that case we will try our best to accommodate you.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you must make any request for a return or exchange within 7 business days of item being delivered to you. Please do not return item before contacting us. To start a return, you can contact us at info@zejvalor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 SHIPPING POLICY

 All orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days depending on your location and processing time. All packages are delivered by USPS Standard Priority shipping.
